Jackfruit, hulled and halved or you can use 500 g strawberries.

1/4 cup icing sugar.

2 cups thickened cream, whipped.

200 g milk chocolate, grated.

Extra jackfruit, to serve.
Toss jackfruit with sifted icing sugar. Cover bottom of a trifle dish or individual glasses with a layer of cake pieces. Scatter over a third of the jackfruit, then spoon over a layer of cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Repeat with two more layers of cake, jackfruit, cream and grated chocolate. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
To serve, garnish with jackfruit and a little more grated chocolate.
